All settings about privileges and policies you created exist in the memory but are not reflected to the configuration file before entering SAVE commands. In other words, to make SA operations reflected by new settings, you should expicitly save them by using SAVE commands in CLI. If you do not save and exit from CLI, the settings you have made will be gone so be careful.

  • SAVE ALL
  • Explanation: Save all settings made in CLI into *.damo.

  • SAVE POLICY
  • Explanation: Reflects settings about policies to configuration file. Also the operation mode setting of D’Amo SA is reflected by this command. SAVE ALL

  • SAVE PRIV ENC
  • Explanation: Reflects encryption/decryption privileges and column encryption settings to configuration file.SAVE POLICY

  • SAVE PRIV ACCESS
  • Explanation: Reflects access control settings to configuration file. Also whether it is Access ALOW mode or Access DENY mode is reflected by this command.

  • RELOAD ALL
  • Explanation: Disable all settings after the last saved moment. SAVE PRIV ACCESS

  • RELOAD POLICY
  • Explanation: Disable policy settings after the last saved moment.
